About Our Hospital

Kindred Hospital at Heritage Valley is a 35-bed long-term acute care hospital. Long-term acute care hospitals provide an acute hospital level of care and services to patients requiring a long hospitalization.

We specialize in providing care to patients who are ventilator dependent, require special monitoring, IV therapy and patients with medically complex conditions such as pulmonary disease, cardiac disease, pressure wounds, neuromuscular diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, and post-op complication.

Kindred Hospital at Heritage Valley is located on the second floor of the Medical Center in Beaver, PA.
